1	Kabab Festival
	Kabab festival is being held at Delhi Darbar, a Mughlai restaurant in Panjim from 4th July to 31st July from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm. The festival promises to have a heavenly aroma, teasing your senses wrapped around delicious and succulent pieces of delight that is sure to set your tongue on a long enticing journey that begins.

2	Exhibition at Inox Lounge
	A three day exhibition is being organised by 'M Zuri Sana' fashion store from July 11 at Inox Lounge, Panjim from 10.30 am to 8.30 pm. The items offered by the store include fashionable garments, jewellery, furniture, gifts, personal accessories and items of home decor.

3	Sizzler Festival
	Sizzler Festival is being held from July 1 to July 13 from 11:00am to 3:30pm and 7:00pm to 10:45pm at Hotel Lapaz Gardens, Vasco-da-Gama. The festival will have a variety of sizzlers from chicken, fish and vegetarian.

4	Anti-Drugs Exhibition
	An Anti-Drugs Exhibition organised by the Tuberculosis Association of Goa is being held from 26th June to 15th July at the TB Association of Goa Premises, M. G. Road, Panaji. The exhibition will focus on anti-drug, alcohol and tobacco and there will be posters, stickers, leaflets, CD'S, etc on display. There will also be various national and international publications collected by Dr.Damodar Bhounsule.

5	Tiger "Fresh Catch of the Day"
	Tiger "Fresh Catch of the Day", a seasonal fiesta of preparations made from fresh seafood that is available in Goa during the monsoons, is being held at Royal Salute, the multi cuisine family restaurant at the Hotel Delmon in Panjim from 16th June till 1st August.

6	G.O.A. Golf Open (United Kingdom)
	G.O.A. Golf Open will be held at Blue Mountain Golf Course, Bracknell on Sunday 13th July 2008.

2	Kashmiris make Goa their second home
	Coinciding with their migration to other parts of the country, Kashmiris descended in Goa in the 60s and have been mostly involved in the sale of the world famous pure zafraan, carpets, shawls, art and craft items prepared in Kashmir.

3	Goa eyes SA to promote tourism
	After Europe and Asia, it's now in Africa that Goa is exploring new markets to promote State tourism. A proposal has presently been moved by the State tourism ministry to tap tourists from South Africa to Goa's sandy shores in addition to hinterland and heritage tourism.
