| Goan food festival organised by the Radisson Hotel in Varanasi is being held from February 7 to 22. The traditional Goan specialties like Prawn Balchao, Pmfret Recheado, Chicken Xacuti, Mutton Vindaloo and Sorpotel (for the non-vegetarian) and Gobi Upkari, Vegetable Xacuti, Foogath, Dal Thoy and Dal Ambat for the vegetarian, along with traditional Goan Rice would be available during the food festival. | |
