| After following the central government's Mental Health Act of 1987 since the year 1990, Goa will soon have it's own Goa Mental Health Rules defining homes that house psychiatric patients. "Goa has now felt the need to amend the central rules to adapt them to the state's patterns," medical superintendent of the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour (IPHB) Dr B S Cuncolienkar said. | |
