An Anti-Drugs Exhibition organised by the Tuberculosis Association of Goa is being held from 26th June to 15th July at the TB Association of Goa Premises, M. G. Road, Panaji.
The exhibition will focus on anti-drug, alcohol and tobacco and there will be posters, stickers, leaflets, CD'S, etc on display. There will also be various national and international publications collected by Dr.Damodar Bhounsule. |

Goa may face drinking water shortage: study |
| |
A study has warned that sea water may further advance into Goa’s rivers turning their water salty and causing a serious drinking water shortage.
Pointing out that coastal tracts of the State are already having the sea water “intrusion” up to 300 metres from the coast under normal rainfall conditions and current draft patterns, it attributes the impending water crisis to heavy withdrawal of ground water by builders.
