| Feedback : The description does not lie. I just returned from a 10 week working vacation in Goa. The first two weeks I spent moving from hotel to hotel looking for accomodation. It was frustrating as most were unkempt and expensive for what they offered. Then I found this place. It lived up to its advertising and more. Rita, the owner's sister was just wonderful, making me feel like I was right at home. The apartment was first rate by any western standard. When I go back to Goa I won't stay anywhere but here. | |

| Feedback : Rita told us she would have us collected at the airport. Our driver was waiting for us big name card.We got into a nice new AC leather seated car.We had a nice drive to Zen Gardens and we meet the big smiling Rita who could not do enought for us.The fridge had every thing we needed to get us going. The apartment was a high standard and perfect for us.When I return to Goa I will book AGAIN. Apartment was 100% AND SO WAS RITA I have stayed in several places in Goa this was the BEST. | |

| Feedback : After a long flight and transit, what a pleasure to arrive at this accomodation. Clean, comfortable and bright. Highly recommended and will not hesitate using this apartment again. Rita can't do enough to ensure that you have a great time in Goa. What a star. | |

| Feedback : Stayed for 2 weeks in March and it was excellent. Very clean on arrival. Bedrooms are air conditioned and also had fans as did the kitchen and living room/diner. Rear balcony which was private. Made use of the pool - beach was a couple of minutes ride in a tuc (50rup). Also the kitchen has a water purifier which was very useful and a good quality fridge which kept the Kingfisher well chilled. Would definately recommend. | |
