*Feedback :* Friendly reception in this family run resort. recently (2006-2008) build appartments and suites i.e. everything in good shape. calm aera just 200m off the noisy road. beach in walking distance of 500 m (shops and reataurants as well). small pool to cool after a warm day. Comfortable (especially for longstayers) if you do not go for costly tittle-tattle.

*Feedback :* The reception which we received from Phillip & Izan, the owners, the cleaning and bar staff and the long term residents was fantastic, this helped to turn a good holiday into a brilliant one. The suite was well furnished and comfortable, new ones are fantastic, the pool is an added bonus. If your going to Goa then this resort would be a wonderful choice. Bar staff are still learning but are getting there. Watch the Kingfisher take his daily dip in the pool.
