Feedback : Great Thanks Milan, Keep up the good work. I stayed with my family at your property during the month of December 2011, It was awesome vacation , we ever had. They had provided all the services which was promised. Well Maintained property. They had a regular cleaning Staff, with Watchmen to keep the property clean and secured. I saw many other property around the beach ,But nothing is as Good has this one. Worth of money Spent. We stayed at both the property owned by them. We had enjoyed the POOL services, Baroque services, Had a great time at the Sitting areas.

Feedback : We had a wonderful experience staying at Bruno\'s apartments. My husband and kids enjoyed the most swimming in the pool. We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The staff were very friendly, especially krishna, he was always there whenever i needed something. The entire place is very clean and well maintained. The price is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. Thanks Bruno for letting us stay at your place.

Feedback : Hi Milan ....Wow!!!!!! We stayed from 13th April 2012 to 16th April 2012. Then thought it was too short, looking at the tidiness of the holiday home and everything so spick & span. Someone has really thought very intricately to furnish the bathrooms, living room, the bedroom and not forgetting the kitchen. A real maticulous job & can be done by a geneius only. The staff were there to take care of the Holiday Home & not once we were disturbed. A real hospitable staff. It will be my ingenuity to recommend Sanfransico Holiday Homes to my near & dear ones. Feedback : Bruno, wanted to thank you for a reallllllly cool vacation. Your place was more than we had imagined and all of us, especially my husband and kids absolutely dug on the place. But really everything from housekeeping to the ever-ready-to-help attitude from your staff was so welcoming and almost homely. I hope v can vacation there the next time round too. Keeping my fingers crossed on that. Thank you so much. We absolutely loved the small gestures of keeping d basics available on arrival, like oil, eggs, bread, sugar, fruit basket, etc....gosh, that thought is worth millions and its something that will forever remain instilled in our minds. Very clean, with huge spacious rooms, absolutely well ventilated (i love french windows). I could on and on, but really, its the experience that really gets to you and stays with you long after you have left Goa.

Feedback : Hi , Afraid got a bit delayed in sending this mail. Actually the moment you get back to Mumbai, u r back into the grind and other things take a backseat... anyway better late than never, so here goes, a brief summary of our stay at your apartment. The apartment is lovely, spacious and well maintained. We had a great time. Milan was very helpful and made our holiday better. A special word for the maid Roshni, very enthusiastic and always with a ready smile. My wife was very impressed with her attitude. Also the other maid Shalon who was waiting for us for check in. Our flight had gotten really delayed but we were received with a smile. Well done. The guard also should get a mention, good chap. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I foresee a long relationship and numerous future stays in your apartments.

Feedback : We have just arrived back after staying at the Sanfrancso apartments.Absoloutly marvellous.There was Bruno the owner,Milan the manager and other staff who went out of the way to help you.The apartments are very spacious,2 bathroom both en-suite large living room fully equiped kitchen.There is a large swimming pool.Ten munutes walk down to Shams Shack and all the blue oceon you need.Marvellous.Really good bars and restraurants 5 minutes walk away what more do you want.Definately booking again this year

Subject : 2 week stay 1st-15th March 2011	Rating: Excellent
Feedback : We had booked into the room as opposed to the appartment/s. The room was spotlessly clean, Air Conditioned and cleaned daily and as a bonus our washing was done daily too, nothing appeared to much trouble to Milan and her staff. it is fair to say though that the room was small. After the first 4 days we were transferred to an Appartment that had become available, the Appartment was INCREDIBLE, and would easily accomodate a group of 5 persons. Air conditioned throughout, always spotless, linen changed every other day, attention to detail exceptional. The swimming pool was a bonus and a great place to cool off after a tiring day on the beach. Location is excellent being an approximate 10 minute walk to the beach near to the River Princess. We would reccomend this complex to anyone / everyone so long as our booking is in first. By the way we are trying to book flights for next March as I type. Thanx Bruno and pass on our thanx and gratitude to your staff. xx

Feedback : Been back two weeks after a wonderful holiday. We have been going to Goa on and off for 15 years but this is the first time we have been self catering and we have booked again for next year, the Sanfrancisco apartments are booked up (no surprise there) so we are staying in Shalom across the road which is managed by Bruno and Milan and is just as spacious. We never got to meet Bruno as he was working but Milan and all her staff were wonderful and so friendly nothing was too much trouble and it really felt like home from home. We were told that there was a supermarket some 10 minutes walk away, (Newtons), but after going there, we realised that it was far cheaper and easier to shop at the little shops nearby and the selection was every bit as good. We soon found out that the local bread man visited the area 2 or 3 times daily and the smell of the freshly baked bread was wonderful. Looking forward to next February and maybe to meet up with Bruno. We would definately recommend these apartments to anyone (but don\'t want to as they get booked up VERY quickly!!!!!!)

Feedback : We stayed here (in the small cottage adjoining the main building), in the last week of December 2010, and had a great time. Everyone, from Bruno, the owner, to Milan, the manager, to all the other staff, bent backwards to please and ensure that our stay was comfortable. Our only regret is missing out on the Bar-B-Q :) We would not hesitate to recommend this place to any friend visiting from the US.

Feedback : I have waited six weeks to post my comments from the time we got back from Goa. I wanted to give a true feed back and not be still in "holiday mode". From the moment I inquired about the apartment i was impressed with the quick reply(telephone), i got from Bruno. What a lovely man i thought, who tried to please from the start. Although Bruno's apartments were all full he had another in the Alor Grand Resort. The apartment was typical Goan nothing fancy BUT huge, and had every thing we required. Well equiped kitchen, massive shower room, and most importantly a soft bed. Milan the manageress left us a welcome pack,and also informed us that if we needed any laundrey just to leave it with the room girl. Great to have the sheets and room cleaned every 2nd dayand to no if we did have any problems we could contact her. The apartment also had a great view overlooking the pool. We did meet a couple that were staying at Bruno's apartments , and they said that they were more than happy there. Was a little disapointed that we weren't included in the bar b que that Bruno had arranged for his guest and not included us in the invite as it would have been nice to have met him personaly. But over all great place great people great holiday. xxx

Feedback : When you find a great place like this to stay part of you wants to be selfish and keep it all to yourself. I had a 3 week stay in a room at sanfrancisco and i love the place. The manager Milan is so helpful and the rest of the team keep the place spotless. I had a large room with air con and sky tv. Also fridge, toaster kettle and bathroom. The complex is nice with a great pool and BBQ area. see you all next year

Mr Sanfrancisco is charming, with nothing being to much trouble. The complex has a great atmosphere, tempting people back year after year ....

Feedback : We just got back after 2 weeks in goa and living at Bruno's Apts,We had a fantastic time and the apt has everything you could ask for and if there is something you dont have which is out of the odinary you just have to ask Bruno or Milan who is the manager who will acomodate your request within reason,we were 2 adults and 2 kids and our kids loved the pool and the friendly staff always on hand to help from extra dry towels,newspaper to even bringing you tea which they dont have to,the beach was only 5 mins walk from yhe apts which was great and yet it was away from the hustle and bustle,we are going back in October for some more,At bruno's you dont only come back with a tan you also come back making friends.

Feedback : We stayed at the San Francisco apartments on January 9, 2010 for six weeks. Our first floor apartment consisted of a large L shaped lounge/diner with Tata/Sky Tv plus DVD player. There was a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and two large bedrooms with air conditioning. There were two shower/WC rooms, one ensuite. The apartment was cleaned every two days when the bed linen and towels were changed. There was a small swimming pool, which we didn't use, and a front patio area with seating and parasols plus a large stainless steel gas barbeque. The owner, Bruno, organised a bbq nite for all of his guests which proved very popular. All the staff from the cleaners, pool attendants, security/odd job man and Milan, the manager were excellent, friendly and very helpful. All this and just ten minutes walk to the beach to VJ's shack. Have already booked for seven weeks next year.

Feedback : We stayed for 3 weeks in March and what a Brilliant time we had. We had an upstairs apartment which was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more!!!! Large spacious lounge with 2 sofas and 2 chairs, nice unit with Sky tv and coffee table. Dining room had a large table with 6 chairs and a unit. The kitchen equiped fully including Microwave, Modern clean fridge/freezer, lots of cupboards and worktop space, toaster kettle etc etc. 2 good sized bathrooms both with good showers. One also contained a washing machine and we used this regularly. It was great as usually go home with a case of dirty washing, not on this holiday!! The bedrooms both had a/c with good storage and nice balconies with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the swimming pool. Altogether it had 5 balconies, was spacious, bright and airy. We have stayed in hotels mostly over the last 12 years going to Goa but would never do again after enjoying the luxury of such a fab apartment. We overlooked the swimming pool which was a good size and which was cleaned daily and as only 4 apartments was never ever crowded. The other people staying were also very nice and we had a large birthday party using the fab Barbecue which is actually from America. There is lots of seating in the grounds, 2 large tables to seat 6+ under lovely canopies, swinging hammock and lots of comfy sunbeds. We even had a daily delivery of 2 local newspapers, how good is that! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every 2 days and they also change the bedding and towels. Milan and her staff really look after you and are so willing to ensure you have a good holiday. It is in a perfect position for all the restaurants and bars and only 5 mins from the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sanfranciso Holiday Homes to anyone going to Goa, in fact it should be your first stop when looking for accommodation. Feedback : We stayed here for 3 weeks in january/february 2009 and what a fabulous place this is, an oasis of calm. It is in a nice quiet area down a lane off the main Candolim road but very close to shops, two Bank atms, chemist, and just ten-minute stroll to the beach. Also close to restaurants. Our apartment was fantastic, spotlessly clean, and furnished to a very high standard. We had a two-bedroom apartment for just two of us so there was plenty of room as it was so spacious, it had an en-suite shower-room and a main one as well. We had four balconies and it overlooked the swimming pool which was lovely. The kitchen is a proper separate room and has everything you need for cooking dinners and lunches, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee-maker. To stay here is absolute heaven, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be staying here many times in the future. The Manageress is lovely and always makes sure everything is ok with the apartment, and nothing is too much trouble for her. We just missed the owner, Bruno, by a day so we were sad about that. We can recommend Sanfrancisco to everyone with no worries.

Subject : REVIEW OF SAN FRANSICSCO HOLIDAY HOME, Candolim Guest House, Goa	Rating: Excellent
Feedback : We stayed just four nights (Jan 2009) at San Francisco Holiday Home and would definitely recommend it to families or couples who want a convenient and quiet base in Candolim. First timers would find it an easy introduction to Goa and I’m sure could rely on advice and help from the staff (it’s easy to sort out your own flights and taxi from the airport). It’s located down a quiet small side road near to Ruffles Bar at the Sinquerim end of Candolim. It’s an easy ten minutes walk down to the beach (near Stringfellas Shack and the River Princess) and just around the corner from good restaurants the Mermaid, Bistro, Fishermans Cove and many others. The staff were without exception friendly and welcoming. We met the owner Bruno (we had already had email and telephone correspondence) and he felt like an old friend. He seems to have a genuine interest in making your holiday perfect and impressed us with his hospitality. We felt really lucky to have found this place (recommended on Tripadvisor); it is a really comfortable base for this part of Goa. The other guests when we were here were mainly British repeat long stayers who were more than happy with the location and facilities available. There are four apartments in the building with a swimming pool and plenty of public area outside with seats and loungers. Our two-bed apartment was on the first floor, which I preferred, only because the ground apartments have security bars around their balconies. The apartment was great; really spacious and immaculate. There were two double bedrooms (one ensuite), a main shower room/toilet, dining area, sitting room, kitchen and three balconies. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice and we were really impressed. We didn’t really use the kitchen except for our coffee and butter toast (!) breakfast on the balcony but it was well stocked with all utensils and crockery etc. Likewise we didn’t use the washing machine, ironing board or television but they would have been useful if we were staying longer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend San Francisco to anyone thinking of visiting Goa. If you have any doubts about the place then I would say email Bruno and see what kind of deal he can sort out for you. Enjoy!

Feedback : We stayed at this lovely place from Sep until Dec 07 and it was great. After our journey through India for nearly 6 months staying in hotels it was great to cook your own meal in a well equiped kitchen and relax in a good sized appartment with everything you need. The beach and shops are just a few minutes away. If you do not want to leave the house you can relax by the pool. All in all we just can make an excellent recommendation.

Feedback : We stayed in the apartments in Jan07 to April 07 and it was the best thing I ever did. We usualy stay in a Hotel. The flat was clean comfortable and just the right size for us 2 couples. It makes a change just to stay in and put your feet up and make your own dinner for a change . The kithchen has every thing you can possibley think of from cooker to micro. We made freinds with all our neighbours and had a few barbeques which was great. Had such a great time there we booked before we left for 2008. The apartments are also in a great area withen walking distance to the beach and restraunts. Will give the apartments 5/5 Great. Cant wait till next time Edna, Forbes, John and Marie
