Mts ground + 1st floor located on the busiest Candolim main road, Goa, India, 300 mts from Calangute - Candolim beach with lots of new development including star hotels and residential & commercial buildings.

The premises is owned by a young enterprising educated chef having done his hotel & tourism degree in the UK with 5 years experience in culinary arts. The interested party must obtain a visa to operate a business with proper reserve bank of India approval for registration as required under foreign direct investment scheme under schedule I annexure b for hotel & tourism business. This can be obtained through our chartered consultants on payment of professional fee.

The premises has a sitting capacity of 60 persons with an additional outdoor sitting for 40 persons
