1. Provide a thorough pre season clean.
2. Provide a pre season check on condition of property, appliances, fixtures and fittings.
3. Organise and supervise any repair work that is required (as instructed by your selves).
4. Check the property on a monthly basis and report any problems.
5. Provide a monthly account update.
6. Pay utility bills, i.e. electricity, water.
7. Pay property tax.
8. Provide a 24 hour contact service for owners and guests.
9. Provide a key holding service.
10. Provide an end of season check and shutdown of property.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
1. Meet and greet guests on arrival and show them around the property and provide guests with contact numbers and a list of useful information i.e. location of local shops, cash machines, pharmacy, restaurants.
2. During season change over cleans.
